It was an absolute delight working with Joel! It was my first experience selling my home and me and my mom didnt know what to expect and how to go through with it but Joel walked us through the entire process so seamlessly and answered any and every question elaborately until we had a clear understanding of whats going on. He was very professional, diligent and honest with his services. We never felt pressured or uncertain/uncomfortable about any decision we made. He provided the best advice based on his knowledge and experience in the field and due to that we were able to sell our home at a great price during this time in just a few months! Joel is an incredible realtor and now friend of our family! I was impressed at the initial meeting where we discussed the house we were selling and an appropriate price point to sell. His vast knowledge and experience in the San Antonio area was very helpful. We priced mildly aggressive and we received an asking price offer the very first day of showing and closed in less than 30 days. We had some issues with agreeing on a move date which caused friction with the buyer. He stepped right in and handled every issue that arose very quickly. He is responsive and has an great work ethic. He is also a veteran. I highly recommend Joel to anyone selling or buying a home in San Antonio!

Joel Leos at YF1 Real Estate was absolutely amazing during the entire process! After meeting several realtors before Joel, it was a very nice surprise that he started off by just getting to know us by asking where we come from, our plans for the future, and our interests and hobbies. Joel genuinely took an interest in us to establish more than a customer-provider relationship. Not a lot of people these days put this amount of effort in to getting to know their friends!Throughout the process, Joel was responsive, attentive, and went to great lengths to understand what we were looking for beyond than what we thought we wanted. Joel was truly amazing and what I needed to fulfill my dream/goal of becoming a home owner. After months of trying to find a home with other services and having most of the homes I wanted to see go off market as soon as I tried to look I was losing hope. If you want a real estate agent that is their for you then this is your agent. This is our second round with Joel. We bought the house from him 3 years ago and even then he was right by my husbands side leading him from neighborhood to neighborhood to pick out the house and then making sure that we were completley satisfied and was there with us up to the signing. Today we sold that house and when it was time, we started the journey with another agent and it all went south very quickly with the house being on the market foe 70 days and it went no where. I then reached out to Joel and restarted the process with him of selling our house. In 2 days we had an offer and less then 30 days later it has closed. He is truly amazing at what he does. He does not just care about the sale. He cares about the people he is helping. He helped us with every aspect, especially with us living out of state he was present everytime we needed him there. Truly an honest and caring agent. Who will make sure your journey of buying or selling a house is done together. I cant thank this guy enough for all he did for me. I lived in California while looking at properties in San Antonio. He worked around my schedules, contacted me with every update in my own terms, and answered every question with honesty and knowledge. I want to highlight his Negotiation Skills; I had a hard time with my lender since my situation was kind of special. I felt 100% represented by Joel. He responded to every single e-mail from me, my lender, and the title company. We even had an issue with the paperwork while closing, and he made sure I was able to occupy my new home the same day. I am very grateful I got this guy, I am thrilled with his work, and I STRONGLY recommend him.
