Knowing dozens of great agents it was difficult to choose one and Im so glad we decided to go with Jerry. He was on top of every detail from the initial property visit to the closing table. After Jerry did his analysis on other properties that had sold in the area we settled on what the listing price should be and now, after the sale I think it was just right. After only 48 hours on the market we had multiple offers with all but one over the list price. Once under contract I dont think the negotiations and amendments could have gone any smoother. Jerry almost always answered the phone when I called and when not he always called me back within minutes. I will not hesitate to call on Jerry again when we buy or sell our next house. Jerry was very helpful prior to listing our house and provided suggestions about the house that we may want to address prior to selling the house. Jerry took a balanced approach, slightly aggressive pricing, when establishing the list price and the house. As we discussed, you can always come down but you cant go up on price after a bid has been placed on the house. The house sold for above the list price in less than a week.
