The BEST agent in TEXAS, Jenny was a tremendous asset with selling a house. This was an estate sale, and besides Jenny being very knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate, all of the problems that can occur with an estate sale, became a real nightmare for me to deal with. But Jenny hung in there all the way, putting up with family and attorney issues, she was professional with all parties, patient to put up with us, and kept us always updated, especially once we received an offer and moved into closing. She was always available to assist, prompt to return a call, and terrific to work with all the way to closing. Jenny picked up the phone promptly and when she knew I have a super busy schedule, without hesitant, she made an appointment for me that late evening. Didn’t I know that she was in the middle of a dinner with her family when talking to me, and to grant me that appointment, she had to postpone spending time with her grandchildren. That shows me Jenny loves what she is doing. Greeting me at house with a warm smile, Jenny walked me around the house, and answered all my questions. I have never bought a house before. I didn’t know what to expect. She helped me through the whole procedure of how to get a house. She also has a list of all the numbers of all people I need to contact for the house.
