Jennifer Adams is truly the best realtor! In a time when the Austin market was very difficult to navigate, having a realtor we could trust was essential. Jennifer made the process for finding our perfect home seamless. With her attention to detail and extensive knowledge to the housing market and all the things that go on behind the scenes, we were in the best hands! She was also very responsive in communicating and answered all our questions thoroughly. It truly felt like a family member was helping us find a home. Reach out to Jennifer if you want the best realtor. Really though, a home is such an investment so why would you want any less?

We really enjoyed working with Jennifer to buy our second home in Austin. I met her through a cold call and so was taking a chance in meeting with her, but from the beginning I got a sense of someone who was very intelligent as well as friendly and understanding. She understands the business as well as the real estate market and in that way instills trust. She is truly a no drama person which makes the whole process easier. She is able to calm nerves and give factual information that reassures when one is tentative or anxious about the process. If you are looking for a smooth process where your real estate agent will absorb the bumps in the road and provide reassuring guidance throughout, while also looking out for you and finding you the best and most reasonable price and situation for your purchase, Jennifer is your person.

My spouse and I are recent transplants from Southern California. I reached out to Jennifer around June 2017, she was listed as the agent for a home in Austin. We did not get that home, but she worked with us to find what we were looking for in Austin. We are not the easiest people to please, nor work with, but Jennifer works so well with people that the experience was fun and enjoyable. We made a trip out last summer for a couple of days and during that brief visit, she was able to guide us to a home, which we made an offer that was accepted and the rest is history. Everything was new for us here in Texas, such as utilities, cable, basically everything is so different than California. Jennifer was helpful in providing contact information of all the people necessary to get our services going, plus, she pointed out stores and other facilities. I even got lost driving the U-Haul here upon entering Austin from California. I got within a few miles of my new home, but could not find it. I called Jennifer and she came like the Navy Seals, to get me out of trouble and guide me to my house. I would not have any hesitation recommending her to any of my family or friends and especially people relocating. She has a bright future in her profession. When we get ready to look into a second property for investment, she will be the first one we call.

Jennifer was an incredible real estate agent. I had never bought a house before and wasnt sure what to expect, but this lady was quite possibly one of the most responsive people I have ever encountered. She was showing me houses nearly the moment I sent her a link to one or two I saw on the internet. Additionally, because my husband and I were new to home purchases, she helped guide us through the contract process, and how we might customize it to fit our needs - especially in a hot sellers market where the competition to even get the house we wanted was stiff. I cant imagine anyone being less than ecstatic for having such a tenacious and friendly person responsible for finding their next home. I would definitely recommend her.
