He was very proactive at solving issues, answering any questions we had, and overseeing the entire buying and selling process. He attended our new home inspection, which, from what I have heard from others, is rarely done by realtors. We were very happy with our experience. I highly recommend the realtor services provided by Jeff Miller. I met Jeff under difficult circumstances. He had been coordinating the sale of my brother’s townhouse in Point Venture, Texas. There was, in fact, a contracted buyer and a scheduled closing date. Unfortunately, my brother passed away just before that closing date arrived. As next of kin, I assumed the responsibility of dealing with his estate, including the completion of the townhouse sale. Jeff connected me with people and organizations that could guide me through the Texas state process that was necessary for me to accomplish that task. More importantly, he was instrumental in helping me dispose of my brother’s personal belongings and connecting me with several local tradespeople to clean and make necessary repairs to the property to prepare it for sale. While I was able to be there, on site, for several days in the beginning of the process (I live in Colorado), Jeff was my “boots on the ground” contact in Texas to make people, often himself, available to meet with tradespeople, donation trucks and etc. that I had arranged for from afar but could not actually meet in person. He went above and beyond on my behalf on multiple occasions, saving me from at least one and possibly more Texas trips. So, if you’re looking for a competent and compassionate realtor to hear and represent your needs in any real estate deal, you need look no further. Jeff’s your guy.

Jeff is brilliant. Since I was moving from out of state to Austin area, I was looking for a realtor who would be easy to work with virtually and can’t tell enough about how easy and wonderful it was working with Jeff. He listens to your needs and works hard to find you a house you want. He never tried to sell anything and was always honest when giving opinion. Since I couldn’t go checkout my new build frequently, he made sure I was updated throughout the process by visiting the site and taking pictures and videos. We communicated via text which was so easy. I’ve already recommended Jeff to my friends and I can’t explain enough how great of a realtor he is.

Honesty, communication, reliability, punctuality, persistence, diligence - just a few of the qualities that come to mind during our experience with Jeff. We feel truly fortunate to be his client for both purchase and sale during our transition to a new home. His candor regarding the state of the greater Austin housing market was hugely appreciated when making an offer on the property. It enabled us to secure the winning bid which has without question proved to be a major life upgrade for us - something that I had doubted was possible just a few months ago. In that sense it felt like Jeff was a bit of a miracle-worker for us, and we’d recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.The sale proved equally positive. With his recommendation we priced it aggressively and were inundated with very strong offers, nearly 40 if I recall correctly.I should also mention his stellar contacts for other services- both the lender and cleaning service he recommended were phenomenal and they made the process that much easier.Not all real estate experiences are necessarily going to be as smooth as ours, but I’m convinced your chances of success are significantly greater if you have Jeff in your corner.

Jeff Miller was a great realtor for us. We needed someone who could not just find the right house, but do the research on the adjacent lots, and neighborhoods. Jeff didn’t just take the time to do this, but he offered to. He also looked into the properties and roads within a few miles of each home of interest so we knew what could potentially be built near us in the future. Jeff knew what to look for in a home, and what to look out for. He was always available, and we were seeing multiple houses almost every day. Even though Jeff wasn’t our realtor for the house we sold out of state he was able to help smooth over all of the rough spots. He communicated well with the other realtor, as well as the loan officer and Title Company. And this was no small task when we were buying a house on contingency, and selling ours on contingency as well. My wife and I highly recommend Jeff, and will definitely use him when we need a realtor in the future.
