Jeff was great! This was my first home buying experience and the builders and their lender were not the easiest to work with and were not great at communicating. Jeff made the process so much easier for me! He answered any questions I had during the process and made sure we were all on the same page for closing and made sure I knew what was needed from me. Jeff went out of his way to make sure he was at inspections, the walk through, and delivered my new keys to me when my schedule didn’t align with the sales office hours. He is very knowledgeable about the area, the market, and wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.If you’re in the market for buying or selling I’d definitely recommend Jeff! -

I had a GREAT home buying experience with Jeff. He helped to coordinate everything and introduced me to incredible people throughout the process. The home inspector, pest control inspector and contractor all helped to ensure my loan underwriter received confirmation that everything noted was either addressed or a sound investment. Jeff negotiated with the seller to ensure the sales price correlated with the appraisal value. I truly thank him for that!!! He was also a voice of reason during the closing process (when I was getting impatient with my lender). I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a calm & competent agent.
