His neighborhood updates have also kept us up to date on prices and properties being sold in our location. We have not needed him for buying or selling a home, but when we need to he will be our first call.

JD Aaron is a one of a kind realtor! He helped us with our first flip house find, purchase and sale. He mowed the lawn before a showing because we were tied up and couldn’t get that done. He checked in through the months of renovations, he encouraged us when we felt like throwing in the towel, and became a friend overall. J.D did a fabulous job selling our home. He aggressively advertised it early on through “coming soon”, Facebook videos and two open houses on the first weekend. Video was active to engage viewers , not just a walk through. He used a professional photographer for ad pictures. Our house went on market on a Thursday and we had three offers above asking by the end of Saturday. Our buyers were not the easiest to work with but he managed the situation well. He also worked collaboratively with our other realtor in another town we were purchasing our new home from.

You can’t ask for a more reliable, honest man! He helped us buy our first home and made the process so easy. The inspectors and lenders he recommended were top notch. He even got us our house when we weren’t even the highest offer! Even now, 3 years later, he pulls comps to help us fight tax increases. I only wish he could help with car buying to make that process as easy as buying a house was!

There are only 2 realtors I trust in Denton Texas and 1 is JD Aaron. We purchased 2 condos in Denton that had to have a certain type of loan that we had no idea about or heard of before and JD quickly got the information we needed and made our transaction smooth. JD is a true professional and keeps you updated on every move. His communication with us was like no other. He answered all our questions and concerns and is extremely reliable.
