Jayci was very fast in setting up appointments for our variety of viewing houses, whether in town, outskirts or even in another town. She is very personable and cheerful. I felt our communication with each other was good, not so much with the Escrow company. There was a learning curve with the Texas format and times vs that of California which made it frustrating at times.(Possibly due to Pandemic issues) Overall we are very happy with our choice of home in Belton and look forward to a continued friendship with Jayci.

Very good communication, Jayci is a responsive agent.We were moving from Germany to the US and bought a house unseen. At the time I am writing this the market is very difficult for buyers. We bid on a lot of houses before we finally had a contract. I imagine this situation is as frustrating for the agents as it is the buyers. Jayci also met us at the house when we arrived after a long day of travel and had it opened up for us. A good experience considering the situation was complicated.

She helped us get everything we wanted out of this purchase and more. She helped us get an offer in within just 2/3 days and we closed a month after putting an offer in! Truly amazing on her part!!
