We were newlyweds and were looking to buy our first home. We found Jay Singh Realty online and decided to reach out to them. They had the most authentic reviews, so we knew they would be professional and trustworthy.Jay Singh and his team were amazing from the beginning. They never pushed us, but always guided us in the right direction with our interests in mind. We had to put a few offers in on homes before one was accepted, as the market was very competitive at the time. But Jay Singh stayed on top of things, reaching out to the sellers agent and making sure that our lender and listing agent were communicating properly so that our offer would win against any others in a multiple offer situation.Thanks to all of Jay Singh Realtys hard work, our offer finally got accepted on our dream home and that to under $30k than the asking price! Jay is most likely the BEST real estate agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. So far, he has helped me in purchasing two beautiful houses in Plano and Frisco. Jay was very helpful in negotiating with sellers and their agents. He was able to successfully win both houses in multi-offer situations without offering too many concessions. From our first meeting, Jay was courteous and respectful. Despite his busy schedule, he always takes the time to return phone calls and is quite accessible by text as well. Jay has a keen understanding of the local real estate market evidenced by his extensive network. He recommended an excellent inspection company and referred a colleague who was able to help me affordably insure both homes. Most importantly, Jay is HONEST. We saw many houses together and Jay always gave his opinion without worrying about potentially losing a sale. Being from California, I was not very familiar with the real estate environment in Texas. Jay took the time to explain some implications of owning property in Texas, particularly with constantly shifting foundations and severe weather events. A few of the things about Jay that stood out to us were: first, he is extremely knowledgeable. Furthermore, he catered to the needs of our family and did not waste our time with non-relevant listings or showings.There were times of hesitation and indecisiveness amongst my wife and I, but Jay always presented patience and helped facilitate a decision. Oh man!!! I could not have found a better agent than Jay!! He went above and beyond his duty as a realtor!! He made me feel like family and took care of us like one!! He will be my realtor for life!! My family and I are very blessed to have had him as our realtor! He not only took us to see the homes when we only visited Dallas June 2019, but kept looking for homes after we went back home to VA. He not only recommends places with good schools due to the fact I have two kids. But he also told me which areas were good to buy that were more family oriented with good neighborhoods. It all started when we randomly reached out to different realtors based on the listing in Zillow. We met Jay when reached out to one such listing. His knowledge and experience helped us to get what we were looking for. Our requirements changed many times and Jay is always open to help our changing requirements. He was very open in giving the plus and minus of the area and home. This helped us to make decisions faster and better. One day he arranged a viewing of 10 houses, guess what he drove us in his vehicle. He not only helped in our home purchase but also helped find a tenant for our rental home as I still had a 3 months lease.
