We have been absolutely impressed with everything Janet has done as our realtor during our selling and buying process. Shes very savvy about the Austin market and made all the difference when we were choosing the best neighborhood for our next phase of life. Janet gave us excellent advice on affordable improvements to make before selling our home. She is a fantastic interior designer with a wonderful eye, and all of her recommendations helped so much. We spent three different weekends looking for our new home, and I felt like Janet was enjoying herself just as much as we were. I was connected with Janet through Zillow and did not know her prior to the start of my house hunting. Working with Janet has been a tremendous pleasure and if I could give her 10 stars I would. She has been so incredibly helpful throughout every aspect of my journey and I look forward to working with her in the future. During every phase, Janet was always on the ball and was always willing and eager to answer any questions I had as a first time homebuyer and was happy to guide me along the way. Once my bid was accepted, Janet was remarkable in the way she went about negotiations and was able to get me a new 30 year roof as well as a list of other things at a small cost to me. Janet made closing and the acquisition of the property very easy as well and I don’t only recommend that you work with Janet, I insist on it. Janet is as good as they come in regards to real estate agents in central Texas.

Janet has been a charm to work with. This was my first time home buying experience and she made it so easy. She helped to learn about the details of houses and even trees in the yard. She was a thorough professional in every step of the process. I did not need to explain twice to her about any requirements. From finding a right house to closing the house, she will be your best friend. Moreover, she will continue helping you to find the right person to your house job, if you are new to South Austin. Finally, her keen eye of aesthetics and everylittle detail was simply a learning process for me and my wife. I will definitely recommend her.

We decided to sign on a house at the start of the pandemic and, as first time homebuyers, if it weren’t for Janet we would have probably made every mistake imaginable. She is such an asset to have by your side. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, very responsive and cares about knowing who you are so that she can give you the best advice for any given stage you are in. From finding good areas that fit your needs, helping you decipher the paperwork, preparing you for the different stages of buying a home, having contacts for just about anything you need, fighting at your side so you aren’t taken advantage of in the current market situation, and even helping us decide grout colors 😂. I will recommend Janet to anybody. We are so happy we found her. 5 stars!
