As a first time home buyer Kyle really helped to make the process much easier than I anticipated. He really helped to point out things we wouldnt notice or think of during our search, and combined with finding all sorts of different places that were within the range of what we were looking for we were able to find the perfect spot for us and get a solid deal for it as well. Kyle was great to work with during the whole process, and has continued to reach out and help after closing to make sure everything was perfect!

Kyle is absolutely amazing! Ironically he was the seller on the home my parents purchased. They liked him so much at the open house, that they recommended him to us! He helped our family purchase our second home, we came from out of state and he did an amazing job. I think it was only 2 weeks of looking and he found us our dream home, in the perfect neighborhood for our family. :)Kyle is incredibly kind, sweet, and patient with our kiddos when they tagged along.He did a very good job negotiating everything we did/didn’t want, and recommended people we could speak with to help with some of the work we needed to get done on the house. Kyle is an extremely stand up gentlemen, I highly recommend him. :)

We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Kyle. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Kyle was referred to us by another agent. He is honest, hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the one and ended up in a bidding war, Kyle walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Kyle for that every day! I highly recommend Kyle for finding the right home!
