Jamie and her team (especially Chad) were absolutely amazing! I would use them again and would recommend them to anybody looking for a realtor in Austin. They are smart, organized, great communicators and really good at their jobs. From our first meeting, Jamies advice was spot on. She understood our goals, the market and the process. She worked with us to figure out what we should update, she connected us with great people to do the work, Chad helped coordinate and facilitate the work and did much of it himself, and when it was time to list the house, her strategy for staging and pricing was brilliant. The house looked amazing and we had 3 offers above asking the first weekend. And - Jamie made it all fun. I could not be more thrilled.

Jamie’s resources for painters, plumbers, contractors - anyone you need to get your house prepped are endless. Jamie explained everything very clearly to us and walked us through our complicated situation (downsizing here in Austin& moving overseas) at every stage. I recently had Jamie and team sell my house under the most difficult of circumstances. The market was changing quickly post-Covid, and I was a remote seller as I had already relocated to another State. I highly commend Jamie, Chad, and Lori for all the marketing efforts, follow-up, attention to detail, and assistance they provided to get my home sold and closed. They kept the house always ready for showings, even making sure the plants were watered and healthy! Chad was an amazing help coordinating inspections and repairs, while Lori helped direct getting things packed up for moving. Jamie and team went way beyond expectations and stepped up in so many ways over what any other realtor would. As someone who has been involved in the purchase and sale of many homes across multiple States, I cannot recommend them strongly enough for the purchase or sale of your home as I have not found a more knowledgeable or harder working team!

We met Jamie Novak and her team through Zillow and what a lucky introduction it was for us. Jamie spent significant time getting to know us and our home priorities, very quickly and professionally arranging tours of prospective homes. Jamie and her team are all avid communicators, very knowledgeable on waterfront properties, willing to tap all of their connections to even find relevant unlisted properties. While Jamie gave her honest opinions on the properties we viewed, she applied absolutely no pressure to buy one home vs another, even though we were looking at a wide range of home prices. When we found the home we absolutely wanted to buy, her advice and guidance on how to structure our offer in a competitive situation was instrumental to us getting our dream home. Once under contract, she personally invested a great deal of time and attention in shepherding us to a successful close exactly two weeks after going under contract. We could not have had a more positive home buying experience and cannot over emphasize how much FUN she and Lori Riley made the whole process!

She went beyond the stats and requirements, and actually treated us like she was helping her own family member find their perfect place.
