James Brown is the man! He doesnt pressure you so he can make a sale, he doesnt hide things during a walk through. Every house we would go see he would be pointing out issues that we wouldnt notice. He took care of my wife and I throughout the process and found us a beautiful home. You wont regret working with James.

James was awesome and provided sage advice with regards to our home sale and new purchase. He helped us to realize the investment opportunity of keeping our existing home while purchasing another, putting out best interest above a sale. He always returned our texts and calls in a timely manner keeping us informed and updated throughout the process. He was willing to put in whatever time we required (even from out of town). I would highly recommend James to anyone.

I had a great experience shopping for houses with James! He was ready to go look at houses at a moments notice, as soon as we saw something we liked online. He even took us to some houses on Easter morning! He was always very thoughtful in his approach to walking us through the pros and cons of each house we looked at. In an industry where a lot of people arent sure who they can trust, I never once questioned whether we could trust James.

James was so sweet and so very patient helping me look for rent houses in Galveston! He seemed to really pay attention to the details I was looking for in a house. He really helped me pay attention to the pros and the cons of each house, and weighed them against each other so that I would get the best house for the price. He never seemed pushy by any means, and allowed me to think out loud as I mentally processed each place. He even helped me take my own pictures and videos in each house so that I could remember them in detail. I will definitely call him again in my future home hunts!
