Corey & David were both extremely easy to work with and I would definitely do business with them again. On the day of closing we ran in to an issue with our buyer and had to scramble to get the deal closed. Most people in this business would have freaked out but I explained the unfortunate situation to Corey & David and assured them we would get the deal done. They trusted me and worked with us to get everything squared away and we were able to get the deal closed. I’ve done a lot of transactions and it was very refreshing to work with level headed and reasonable people like Corey & David.
