    I worked with Paul at Investmark on my first deal, it was the smoothest and easiest process Ive ever been through. He truly stepped me through it all the way and even did a deal analysis to confirm the deal I had gotten was strong. He was completely responsive and made the process very quick.     Paul, Nick and team where a pleasure to work with. I recently completed a rehab that I ultimately flipped but not before exploring options along the way for different exits.     I have dealt with Paul and Mike for 2 houses and their team has been a pleasure to work with. They explain everything in detail and are available all the time to answer any questions. My first ever hard money investment ever was through them and you can imagine how nervous I was going in but they went through all the details and made me feel easy. Most importantly, they keep their word when it comes to close deadlines - once closing within a matter of a few days with an aggressive wholesale deal.     I have been in real estate for over 20 years. I have financed and refinanced many properties during that time. I worked with Nick Sicilian and the Investmark Mortgage team to refinance 19 properties over the past 5 weeks. Nick laid out the options and choices so we could maximize our cash flows and available cash. Lending requirements were straight forward and actually much easier to fulfill than previous lenders. These people are legit and straight forward. They will answer your calls or get back to you promptly. I have recommended them already and will do so again.
