    Ikaika is an excellent San Antonio Realtor and he truly cares about helping his clients find or sell the right property. I was ready to quit looking numerous times because of the tight real estate market. We were outbid seven times before we found the perfect home.     We were so glad to have Ikaika be our realtor. We had a hard time finding houses at the prices we wanted on our own in the areas we were looking at. As soon as we reached out to Ikaika we had almost 20 houses in the areas, within the price range we needed. He didnt push for us to go bigger even though we qualified. He was patient but efficient. Within about a week he was able to help us find the right house for us. Also, he makes himself available to his clients. When we had questions he would do the leg work for us to reach out to the sales person or builder. Thanks Ikaika for making our home search and purchase so much better.

He helped us do the almost impossible by assisting us in closing on the sell of our home and purchase of the new home a day apart.     Ikaika did an outstanding job with the sale of my home. Hes a San Antonio realtor, he was very hands-on with the process. I never felt alone. He had two open houses by the first weekend, and I accepted an offer within the first week on the market. It would have been an easy sell if it werent for having to also transfer a loan for solar panels. He constantly communicated with me, the buyers agent, the title company, and the solar panel loan company to make the sale as smooth as possible. It was a confusing process that seemed to require almost daily communication, but he kept all parties on the same page. If it were not for his efforts, I doubt we would have been able to close. Anyone looking for a realtor who will stay committed to you can stop your search now.
