Tony Bruti helped me and my husband get our first home back in March 2020 and was an easy process that we closed 3 weeks after putting an offer in!(: Recently we were having issues with the Appraisal District raising the Market Value of our home. I was able to contact Tony to see if he could get me comps so we could take it to the board and with him doing that, we were able to get our Market Value down by $30,000! Any questions or any help I need he has been there to help us through it! Very grateful for someone that really cares for his clients!
