If you are looking to sale your hassle free seamless process with a honest business. Look no further . I had the privilege of staying here from January 8 to 14 during the January snowstorm with a team of four that was supposed to be eight. I am so thankful that our team chose your home. The snow plus your hot tub made it extra special. Because of the snow, ended up cooking a bunch of meals and appreciated the complete kitchen setup for frying, baking, etc. Also loved the mood lighting.

I figured it was just another one of these companies that just low balled you looking for a steal. I am very skeptical, however this was not the case. She was also transparent on what they were going to resale the home for.Courtney coordinated to have the title company direct deposit the home sale proceeds on 9/14/21.Don’t waste your time with Zillow, Open Door, or Offerpad. They initially present an unrealistic offer which is typically higher than what your home would sell for to get you hooked like a fish. I am currently working with Courtney and Cash with Home Theory. They are purchasing my home, however, when the ad says there are no fees or commissions paid out, thats not entirely true.They base your house on a certain amount of value from recent close by sales. Then they deduct the cost of repairs, which is expected, they then deduct their profit that they expect to make on the sale of the house after the repairs are made. The difference of the money should go to me, the original seller of the house to Home Theory. HOWEVER, thats not actually where it ends. THEY NOW TAKE THE AMOUNT YOU SHOULD BE RECEIVING FOR SELLING THEM YOUR HOUSE AND THEY DEDUCT FRONT END CLOSING COSTS, THEN REAR END CLOSING COSTS WHICH INCLUDES REALTOR COMMISSIONS.Then you get whats left over.So the closing costs that they say they pay in all actuality comes out of what they would be purchasing your house for. So you do actually end up in a round about way, paying all closing costs Plus realtor fees.Although Courtney and Cash Lawless are exceptionally nice people I still feel I am getting less than I should be on the sale of my home.

This year I decided to sell my rental house after the tenants lease expired and they switched to month-to-month. In the past, we had sold a different house to OpenDoor and liked it fine, but this house had leased solar panels and OpenDoor wouldnt deal with it. Zillow Offers also had shut down making offers due to COVID. Complicating things further, the house needed a new roof and other repairs, and even needed some foundation work done. It could have been very complicated to sell.I did a quick Google search to find a couple of companies to contact. After also talking with OfferPad, I was glad to choose Home Theory to move forward. They had tons of great reviews, and after having this experience we can clearly see why.Courtney, David, and Angie were fast and extremely professional.
