Home Star Staging was instrumental in getting 80 showings in the first week and getting us multiple offers before our open house (which we never ended up needing to do). They have a great eye for design and the accessories were on point. My agent said they were FABULOUS and that she wished she had 1,000 homes like ours! The price for staging was definitely right, too!

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen and her team. If you are considering if the cost of staging is worth it for selling your home, take it from someone known as the “frugal founder”, this is going to pay for itself and more! I was BLOWN AWAY by everything Home Star Staging was able to do completely virtually. I was able to take advantage of the virtual staging during Covid by taking photos of my home for feedback. The report back was so detailed and through leaving no corner untouched.I worked with Karen to implement the suggested changes and she was so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process. My home had a nearly full price cash offer within one day of hitting the market and the before and after photos are SHOCKING. I am certain that my home sold for top dollar because of the hard work completed by Karen and her team. She really felt like a partner and worked with my realtor to ensure the final product was top notch and highlighted all the right places. I will also say that some of the changes Karen suggested I never would have thought of myself, but she is the expert and she KNOWS HER STUFF - TRUST the expert and hire Home Star Staging today. My only regret is that I did not hire Karen sooner, we discussed “selling and dwelling” and I wish I would have had my mom in such a magnificent comfort and style before I listed the property. Home Star Staging was AMAZING to work with. We had a vacant small 1054 sq ft home in Dallas 75227 zip code that needed staging. Eddie is professional, very kind, easy to work with and knowledgeable. Carla and her team did an OUTSTANDING job staging our home. Carla did such an AMAZING job that I almost did not want to sell my house.With Home Star Staging, staging our home and our realtor Bobbie Carrington, selling our home, this was a knockout combination for selling our home!! Wow Home Star Staging really helped pull us through this process. My sister and I were tasked with selling our grandmothers home. We opted to sell as is, and it needed some updates. Our realtor Bobbie Carrington recommend Home Star Staging to us and while we loved her house, we thought a fresh take on it might help others love her house too. It sure did. Eddie and his team TRANSFORMED my grandma house! The interior design was wonderful and so modern! I know if my grandma had been able to see it, she would have been excited with the new possibilities of her home. We were offered over asking within 3 days of listing, and I truly believe a lot of that was from the wonderful presentation that Home Start Staging did for us. Eddie was so flexible with us (we live out of state), coming out next day for a quote and staging and de-staging right away as needed. Home Star Staging is such a top notch staging company and I have had wonderful experiences working with them! After my home was listed on the market for about two weeks without showings and responses, I hired Karen and Eddie to help me to stage my house. The staged house looks so amazing and I had several viewings, a full price offer and executed contract within three days after the house was relisted on the market. We were all so thrilled about it!Karen and Eddie are so professional, friendly and efficient! They are also very creative. Karen gave us several advice before they staged the house to make our home more presentable. They spent time and efforts to listen to us, discuss the ideas with us and staged the house as efficient as possible in order to meet our timeline. They also provided us the info about good real estate professional photographers to take great pictures.I just cant thank them more for helping me to stage my home and sold it so quickly! This was our second flip and both times we used stagers. I have to admit, we struggled whether to spend money on staging but after the first house went under contract within a week, we decided it was well worth the investment. We used them for the second flip and had a contract within 24 hours. Eddie and his team have been amazing to work with and quite honestly are the smoothest and easiest part of flipping. I am a Coldwell Banker Realtor and found Home Star Staging by accident. I had a listing in Frisco that was difficult to sell in the summer of 2022. Initially the Seller did not want to use a stager but the summer of 2022 was TOUGH so they ultimately decided to use the services of a staging company. I recommended my stager which the Seller met with but the Seller also asked around and they found Home Star.The Client decided to go with Home Star Staging and the effect was literally night and day. When I walked in after the work was done I was floored. Once we had the home staged I had it rephotographed and put those on the MLS. Home was sold for full price within a week. Guess who changed staging companies??? Karen at Home Star was the consummate professional and I have a new staging company!

We hired Karen last minute to help stage our home. It was the best decision we made during the entire home selling process. Realizing we only had 2 hours before the photographers were scheduled to take photos of the home, Karen not only advised us on how to stage the home, but she also helped us move everything (although thats not her job) to ensure we would be able to complete all the required staging on time.It was apparent that she truly cared about us as her clients and our desire to make our home look as presentable as possible. The first day our home went on the market we had over 20 viewings and several written offers above the asking price.I credit Karen and her expertise for this in ensuring our house looked as amazing as possible. After a quick walk through meeting (another stager told me she didnt need to see the home and I avoided that cookie cutter package) he ordered size, style and space appropriate furniture and accessories. They showed the true potential and met all time commitments. Even in a slow late July market, the house went under contract the first weekend.

I cannot stress how important personalized home staging by a true pro is. She can access and communicate the items needed. Also she can dire t you to vendors to help you get ready. I also appreciate it that she does not consider her job done after she walks oit the door. She makes herself available for additonal help with choices and ideas after the consultation...things like which lamp to get or where to place the decorative pillows, or where just looking over iphone pics to give a final tips.
