    When our elderly uncle passed away suddenly, we found ourselves in a quandary as to best handle his home. After a large estate sale, we were exhausted and unsure if could deal with a remodel. After searching options, we found the ‘home buying guys’ online with a unique down-to-earth approach to selling the home. Our first call was immediately answered by Lance who was one of the business principles and expressed interest quickly. He met with us same day at the property and had a cash offer immediately which we were allowed to consider for a few days without high pressure sales pitch. Once we decided to go with their offer, the process went quickly (with Christmas holidays upon us) and we closed on time. They gave us open honest information and were transparent with the offer. We were able to see the transformation of the house from a sad older home to a fresh mid-century modern desirable home. There were no surprises in the process thus we would highly recommend ‘home buying guys’ for your next project !

    Believe the reviews. We just sold our moms house with Lance and Adams help and it was a great experience. I knew that we wanted to sell her house as is, but dreaded the process. All I heard from other people that had gone through this was how horrible their deal was. I read tons of reviews and decided to call Lance and see what his thoughts were. We met at the house had a very open and honest conversation about the property. After a few minutes we tentatively agreed on a price and in less than 24 hours the deal was done...and the deal NEVER changed...Ill say it again....The deal never changed. If I had known that it was going to be this quick and easy we would done it months earlier. So thanks guys for all the support and I am happy to share my wonderful experience. Good Luck!
