The Home Buying Club receives 5 stars from me even on a bad day!!!!! Marcia is a well respected women, who thrives off helping others reach their goals. What I appreciate the most about her is her honesty. I have accomplished so much knowledge in 3months, that could last me a lifetime. If youre looking for a life change, the Home Buying Club is the way to go!!!!!

Forever grateful for Marcia and the wealth of knowledge she has given me. Before her, I used to cringe at the idea of owning a business. Home ownership has always been a dream of mine and with the way things were going it only seemed to be just that...a dream. And then one Facebook post changed the trajectory of my life!!! Since joining Marcia about a year ago I have 2 properly structured businesses, credit score increase of 90 points and Im on the road to buying my first home in January thanks to her Real Estate Mastermind class!!! She takes the time to educate you on finances, how to budget and save your money while still having a life, how to effectively build your credit in 7-9 months, and not only the process to purchasing a home, but how to pay it off in 15 years. I personally worked with the marvelous Marcia Smith. She made my experience stress free and swift when purchasing my home. Most of all her job did not end once papers were signed and keys were handed. Marcia is still available to assist with any and all questions and concerns. I found out about Marcia Smith from Facebook. Since meeting her, my outlook on credit and finances have completely changed. Marcia and The home buying team are awesome. They have a sincere passion for changing people lives. They are professional, passionate, and persistent about getting the job done. When I started the process I was living check to check, no savings, no real retirement plan and unsure how I was going to achieve my goal of home ownership. I can now say I know what it means to follow a budget, I have a great savings, I have decrease my debt significantly within a few months should be debt free, and closing on a home.
