Let me start by saying I was a first time home buyer and we knew nothing about purchasing a home. I did look into a few things involving my credit, and what I would need to apply. I came across Holly Montilla real estate sign while out looking for our potential future home. Holly made the process so easy, and gave me advice and great direction in every aspect. I felt that I could trust her judgment from the beggining. She gave me a list of things I would need and did not hesitate to tell me if we were gonna come across “bumps in the road” she kept it honest and open the entire process. The lender I was working with was a nightmare but Holly managed to get everything in order and followed up with him daily to make sure I was not lied to or taken advantage of. He is has no association to her, he was only my lender. I was very stressed not knowing if the lender was going to help me but Holly always came through with every step and down to the day I picked up my keys. She was constantly checking daily on my home buying process. She also did a great job at showing us properties and did not rush us or make us feel pressured. I would 100% recommend Holly if you are looking for a down to earth, honest and professional real estate agent.
