These guys are awesome. They had our home sold within a matter of days. Another realtor had said we would have to put a lot of money into repairs and updates to get it sold. Justin and Anthony took a look at the house and asked why. There was nothing major wrong with the house, just cosmetics that a new owner would want to do themselves. They put it on the market on Monday, it was sold by Thursday. You cannot go wrong with H&M Realty. Justin stayed in touch through the whole process and kept us informed on every step. If we ever need to sell this house, H&M will be my first call.
