We have purchased two houses and sold one with Heathers guidance. She does a great job and is very attentive to the details and calls for help. Once, when the mortgage company was about to sell our loan to another company close to the close date, she knew to call the title agency and buyers to accelerate the sale so our escrow did not get lost in the transition to the new company. Recently, I asked for her advice in protesting my property taxes and she was very helpful and quick to respond. She has a great knowledge of house/repair professionals in the area which comes in handy. I dont know what our future house needs will be, but I am sure we will call Heather if we ever to need to buy or sell again.
