I would recommend selling your house or buying a home through HAPPY HEART HOMES. They are professional and very transparent. Explain the whole process from start to finish. I cannot say enough kind words about Colin and Lisa. Itβs never easy to sell your childhood home. However, the experience I had with HAPPY HEART HOMES made everything go smoothly. They were great. -

We were very happy with the service Lisa and Colin provided in helping us sell our home. They were able to find a buyer that was prompt on payments and paid balance off quickly. The company used to arrange the payments was a little different and didnt understand why our small, hometown bank couldnt send statements how they wanted. Lisa helped work through the issues with that and confirmed payment monthly. Thanks so much Happy Heart Homes!! -
