As the executor of my fathers estate, I spoke with several home buyers about the sale of the home as I wanted to maximize the value of the home for the heirs. The home needed cosmetic updates. We were immediately impressed by Vaughn as honest, caring and professional. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the sales process works and educate us about our options. Great experience! My intial meeting with Vaugh was very informative.He gave me a detailed explanation of the entire process, including the estimated value of my property, approximate time to close, and cost out pocket to me. The contract was fairly simple understand. I agreed to use a title company of his choice and all the closing cost were paid by him. I was responsible for paying the taxes on the property to date occupied and that it would be deducted from funds due to me. Everything almost went as promised but due inclement weather , closing was delayed for two days. Although it wasnt his fault, he kept me well-informed about the delay status and promised to get it done. Hats off! He did. I definitely recommend doing business with this company . Vaugh delivers as promised.
