Good guys at Good Vibes!I had the pleasure of meeting Will and Phil. Although they were unable to make me an offer, they were upfront and honest about it. I didnt feel like they were jerking me around and blowing smoke (not like some other companies I dealt with). So if you want to deal with someone forthright and forthcoming about their intentions, give Good Vibes a try!!

And he is super sharp with the numbers and the various ways a property can be sold / purchased. Their website is very educational and my phone call with Will was super helpful. Will is a guy you would want to work with imo.

As I am going through a very rough time, the Good Vibes Homebuyers team have been overly helpful and they are men of their word (which is very difficult to find these days). So in other words, Phil and Will are trustworthy to do business with.

We primarily worked with Phil and were a bit hesitant at first but after conducting a lot of due diligence we decided to move forward with the transaction. We found the company to be very straight forward and easy to work with. Of course one concern we had was that we would be taken advantage of but they offered what we felt was a very fair price and as the sellers we were able to stipulate various aspects of the deal to make it a win-win. Were not too sure how this will all pan out for tax purposes but at this point we have no regrets and would recommend this company to others.

After reading the very detailed information on Good Vibes website, I knew they were different. Theirs isnt the usual investor website where you feel like youve stepped into a scam zone. I filled out an inquiry about their homebuying services and within 5 minutes I received a friendly call from Phil.Although Phil told me they dont currently service the Houston area, he spent 10-15 minutes answering my questions, giving me some very valuable information on how I might go about selling my property. I later received a follow-up email from Will.I would highly encourage anyone in Good Vibes service area who may be considering selling their property to contact them.
