After calling, meeting and receiving offers from several other buy as is home buyers in the area, we chose Good Offer Homes. Their offer was very fair and they were extremely honest and easy to work with. Everyone I worked with at Good Offer was very trustworthy and honored everything they said they would. I would have no hesitation at all to highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home quickly and to work with a quality company.

Good Offer have been very transparent and professional from the beginning of the process of selling our Moms home. They are available to answer questions and concerns we have had. When they say they will take care of everything they have, which has helped with the stressful time of selling our moms home after she passed. I decided to try this new approach to selling a house. I needed to sell fairly quickly, but had some repairs to complete prior to sell and did not have the funds to complete. I researched the owner of th S company and found out that the owner had been instrumental in developing marketing analytics software specific to real estate. So this wasn’t just an investor trying to buy your house. Good offer homes offered me a fair price for my house and agreed to complete all requested repairs and committed to sell my house within the three month contract with no closing or realtor costs. After consideration, I figured this was a no lose situation.I worked exclusively with Zane, realtor, roofer and all round great guy. He was extremely responsive to getting repairs completed and was able to negotiate a new roof with my insurance company. The company definitely held up their part of the contract and reduced much stress from preparing and selling a home. I sold my house knowing exactly how much I would gain from the sale. No surprises. I can’t express how impressed I was with this company. It was definitely worth trying something new and innovative.

Good Offer is an A+ home buyer. They offered a more than fair price for my home! I was so excited! When I thought of selling my home this way, I prepared myself for those who want to buy your 200,000 home for 45,000. I showed my home to one of those people who attend seminars to buy houses cheap. I slammed the door abruptly. Good Offer was God sent! They do all the work and communicate almost daily. My house was priced and showings were only 4 days by appt.with a final bid by buyer at the end of the 4th day I really appreciated that. The integrity of the staff was above and beyond.
