We had such an incredible experience working with Gia. She made everything about selling our home feel safe and easy. Gia listed our home mid-week and held an open house that weekend. By Monday morning, we had 5 offers well over asking price to choose from! Gia offered excellent advice at every stage of the process—from staging to showing to selecting a buyer to negotiation, she guided us every step of the way and was incredibly responsive even at night and on the weekends. Should we need a realtor again in the future, there’s no one else we’d even consider calling. Thank you for everything, Gia! You’re the best!

We found that person and so much more in Gia Marshello. Shes relentless. Her knowledge of the market is strong. She does not b/s. She has never steered us wrong. You need a knowledgeable, data driven, real estate expert for your next home purchase? Definitely call Gia! She has run point on multiple home sales and purchases for me since 2010. We have closed on 7 separate transactions with Gia over the course of 15 years. We actually acquainted with her when she was representing the seller for a home we purchased and we were so impressed with her collaboration and level of service she provided her sellers that we made a note to use her on future transactions.Since then, not only have we closed on 6 more transactions, she continually stays in touch (she unfailingly surprises us with our favorite cookies every Christmas :-) ) with interesting properties she comes across and that we may want to take a look at either as an investment or a personal home.Gia is consistently trust worthy, thorough, detail oriented, timely (we get communication from her at 10 PM, weekends, holidays etc. when we are in the middle of a transaction) and has always acted in our best interested in getting the most value in our purchases. In certain cases she has even set us straight when we were going down the wrong path in purchasing a home and pointed out layout, mechanical, structural and other faults and steered us away from those properties.Gia provides white glove and concierge level realty services whether we were purchasing an older investment property or a multi million dollar personal home. I just cant convey in words how much of a difference she has made.
