Genevieve was a phenomenally professional and fast-acting realtor who got us our dream rental in a very competitive neighborhood. We had a bit of a unique timeline with moving to the area, leaving for a month for a trip, and returning to Houston with a short timeline to move for work. Mission impossible, it felt like, to find a place in the Heights for two dogs that needed a yard. But Genevieve’s knowledge of the greater area, connections with property owners, and adaptable availability made our process seamless. We were able to view properties from curated listings on short notice. And when it came time to submit a rental application for a competitive property, she made sure ours stood out. We’re very excited to be in our new home thanks to her expertise!

I’m always cautious when working with people. Especially if I think I can do it myself, and asking a realtor to help us find a rental property was one of those cases. BUT I’m SOOOOO glad we didn’t do it on our own. Genevieve was as patient, but as quick and diligent. Patient as in waiting for when we were ready, but quick and diligent when knowing how quickly we need to act to get what we want. She matched our energy and was quite the perfect fit for us. She did not just compile but CURATED a list of properties that were tailored to our desires. She got it right the first time - we looked at 3 homes in one day, put in an application, walked us through all our (sometimes dumb) questions, communicated with the other realtor with what we were willing to offer, helped us beat out the other competitors, and got us into a property that was literally everything we wanted and more! This process seemed SMOOTH. I know Houston’s market — it’s not an easy one. Properties go fast, great properties go even faster, so you need a GREAT realtor to rely on and I’m so glad we have Genevieve!

Genevieve was incredible. To start off, she was very friendly and communicative. It never felt like it was a bother for her when I constantly messaged her with either big or small questions. Secondly, she really made my life easier. I was searching for a place, on my own, for about a month before we connected. She gave us great advice and guidance throughout our search for a home, accounting for factors that we had not thought of, and she answered all of our questions (and there were many) quickly and kindly and never made us feel like we were asking too much or being too picky in our choices.She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us throughout the entire process-- we originally were not chosen for the property we are now renting because of a pretty significant roadblock but Genevieve fought for us every step of the way and got us in the home! Genevieve helped us find our house in Houston in April 2023. We were new to house buying, and she was an invaluable teammate as we navigated the process. She was responsive, patient, and professional as we looked through houses in Spring Branch, Porter, Crosby, Spring, Humble, Cypress, and other suburbs of Houston. She helped us develop an optimal strategy while negotiating the final price and clearly had our best interest in mind at every step of the way.Whenever we were interested in a property, Genevieve was able to find out all relevant information about it and whether it met our criteria or not. There were many properties we thought were good, but which Genevieve revealed to have additional issues under the hood. Things like incompatible sale structure, flood concerns, and even one property which was advertised as without an HOA but actually had one.I really couldnt recommend Genevieve as a realtor enough. Especially if you are looking for a house in the Houston area.

Which is super important with how fast paced the real estate market is these days. I would select the homes that caught our eye and send the addresses to her in the evening and have the details for the houses features, flaws, seller disclosure sent to me in the morning. She makes you feel like her top priority and really helped us when it came time for negotiations. Shes tenacious persistent and yet polite and sweet.
