We are so grateful to Gena for helping us sell the house. She assisted in pricing the house at a strong price point that was still competitive in the market. We were under contract within 14 days of listing. We live out of town and she also was able to assist in finding vendors for repairs. She did a great job of communicating through the entire process and answer all our questions. She made the process seamless.

Phenomenal customer service. When I first moved to El Paso, with the expectation of receiving a signed sales contract and after moving some items into the garage, the owners decided to rent instead of sell. I found Gena and she helped find a new home in days and made the whole transaction painless. Fast forward 30 months and I thought I had our house sold. Deal fell through due to the buyers realtor after they had moved in on a 15-day rental. Gena again came to the rescue and helped resolve what had become an extremely chaotic situation. Over the course of four home purchases/sales in the last five years, she has been the best to work with.
