Fred is more than you expect from a realtor. When we first met him, our biggest fear was he would judge us for moving to Texas from California. On the contrary, he made us feel welcomed and made us feel like we were family.We looked all over at different new builds, homes for sale, and potentials... one point I was ready to give up cause I couldnt quitr find what I wanted. My husband and I told him our needs (mine were more important BTW) and he went above and beyond looking at houses while we were back in California and found us a home we love! Even though we didnt see it in person, he took a video and sent it to us. I jumped on it right away and in less than 3 weeks, we bought our 1st home.Thank you Fred for all the hard work and for connecting us with an awesome mortgage person!

I had recently retired and we decided to move to the San Antonio area. Our REMAX agent in Hawaii recommended Fred. We gave him a list of criteria and when we arrived he had a list of properties for us to see. We spent several days getting to know Fred while looking at many beautiful homes. He listened to our wants and needs and we found our dream home in La Vernia. Fred negotiated our deal and worked with the seller on a few needed repairs. As a fellow Veteran Fred became more like a brother than simply a Realtor. We cannot recommend Fred enough. If you find yourself needing to buy or sell a home in the San Antonio area we have no doubt hell take great care of you.

Fred Wulff is an amazing person and realtor. Ive known Fred for nearly 40 years. Our paths have crossed numerous times in our military careers. I had the pleasure of being stationed with him at an elite Air Force unit at what I would consider the highlight of my career. Freds leadership and humility are what I remember the most.When we were facing our last military move to the San Antonio area, there was NO question who we wanted as our realtor. It was Fred. He helped us work through the home buying experience. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the San Antonio market and patient with us when we were indecisive.
