We closed on a house on July 26, 2023! As a first time buyer I wasnt sure about the buying process but Mr. Franco made everything easy! He showed my family six houses on the first day we meet him. Franco gave great tips about the structural problems in a house. He made sure to keep in contact through out the whole process. This man is truly knowledgeable, caring, and professional when it comes down to finding the perfect home for a family. We are truly blessed to have chosen Franco as our realtor. Franco helped me buy my new house and sell my old house this summer and I was THRILLED with his service! My house sold in 18 DAYS because of how invested Franco was in following up with potential buyers, hosting open houses, as well as producing and distributing marketing material. The time and effort he put into educating me and answering all of my questions through both processes is unmatched by any other realtor I’ve used in the past.Professional, available/quick to respond, knowledgeable and friendly are just a few adjectives I have to describe Franco. We highly recommend Franco Ferrero, a true first class, professional realtor. He knows the industry, reads the needs of his customers and directed us to making the most sensisible, thought out decisions. From the moment I met him via the phone, since we were in WI and he was in TX, we saw eye to eye famously from the get go and all the way to our closing. He guided us the entire way and explained every detail to a “T”! He was fabulous!
