Francine was a God send when we moved from Iowa to Texas in 2021. Over the phone, through emails and FaceTime we were able to find a home within a two-week period—before ever even setting foot in Texas. The transition was seamless, with Francine’s vast knowledge of the area we found a home in the perfect location and housing to live in while we waited on our new build. Through the entire process she made sure things were done when they needed to be and even went to bat for us when our builder tried to push back our move date for the umpteenth time! We had worked with realtors in the past when we’ve purchased and sold homes so acquiring our home here in Texas was not our first rodeo. Francine is hands down the best realtor you could ask for. I cannot sing her praises enough; she is not just a realtor but a true friend that really cares about your best interest. She is honest, will make fair suggestions and is not out to make more money for herself. She is knowledgeable, gives sound advice and wants to make sure you are happy. I have used Francine twice. She helped me buy my home in 2015. When it was time to PCS in 2020 she helped ensure it was staged perfectly and hired an professional photographer who took awesome picks. Within two days my home was under contract. I will definelty use her again when I return to texas
