Chelsie Synatschk at Fort Worth Focused was amazing!! She was on top of any new listing that fit our requirements and was always willing to look at it for us as soon as it hit the market. Being out of state buyers can be difficult, however, Chelsie made it so easy. She was honest when she went to look at houses and sent us videos of each of the walkthroughs. We could trust her in knowing that when there was something she thought we would like, it was worth making the trip to Texas for. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Chelsie is honestly the hard-working professional that I know. She sold our house for us. She consulted with us, suggested where to invest our time and money before the sale. She staged our home: stripping out the personal items and arranged the furniture in ways to invite people in and make them see the potential. Shes VERY good at staging (so, no need to hire a separate staging person/company). The second most important thing was that she priced it right. The very first buyer that visited made an offer and it was accepted. Done! What a relief. The time she took on the front end paid off with a quick sale at full asking price! The MOST important thing I can say about Chelsie is this:Selling home can be a very stressful time for a homeowner and it is usually made worse by a lack of certainty about the process, the status of things, etc. (Note: as we were selling, we were buying in another city using a different agent... so much was up in the air and unknown... could not get a response by text or phone... just had to trust that our money was being transferred and the sale was going through... disastrous on the cortisol levels.) But Chelsie went over the process, managed our expectations about timeframes which were out of her control, and she responded - day or night - to our queries about the status of things. Even if she had no additional information, she would take our queries seriously and inquire until she had an answer for us. Having the peace of mind that someone was out there that could check on any aspect of the process was GOLDEN to us, and it would be to anyone. Chelsie knows how make you feel that shes your personal friend who is not going to let anything slip by her. Shes really, really good!

She was able to answer all of our questions about Fairmount and the home, and even provided resources for us concerning historic homes, as this is the first historic home we have purchased. Throughout the entire process, Chelsie was by our side, quick to respond to emails or texts. Since the purchase, Chelsie has stayed in touch and regularly checks in to see if we are doing well or if she can help us with anything. I cannot recommend Chelsie enough for anyone buying a home in Fort Worth—she is the absolute best!

(TL;DR at end of review) I very highly recommend Chelsie Synatschk as a skilled and friendly realtor. My husband and I could not have asked for a better agent! If youre not really sure who to hire for your real estate needs, Im telling you, Chelsie is the way to go! Husband and I decided to sell our house back in June 2018. We really had no idea who to contact in Fort Worth and felt intimidated about just randomly picking someone from a web search, so we chose someone based on a recommendation. Granted, the person we asked was coming from a good place but the realtor they referred us to did not have our best interests in mind. Unfortunately, this wasnt evident until a few months into our working relationship. After terminating the contract we had signed and having wasted 6 months, we hired Chelsie and sold the house in a little less than 3 months.Unlike the previous realtor, she didnt immediately shove a contract in our face before even starting the consultation. She looked over the house and made lots of recommendations that helped us get ready to sell. She even had a checklist for me, which was GREAT since Im forgetful and nerdy enough that I love checklists! Her attitude was also extremely helpful as well. While buying/selling a home can be very stressful, Chelsie maintained a relaxed, yet professional demeanor which really helped to temper my anxiety. When I had moments of frustration or confusion, she was always so patient and upbeat and explained anything that I didnt understand. She was always timely with any request and stayed on top of everything. Trust is hard for me but I never once felt insecure working with Chelsie. In addition, she was informed about our area that went beyond just printing out collected data. She is also active in the community so she brought connections to the table that helped to increase the number of buyers who would see our listing. I am confident that was key in helping to sell our house quickly. You can rest assured that she is not the kind of realtor that will just sit back and wait for buyers to contact her. She takes a proactive approach that is positive without being overbearing in any way. And as if that werent enough, she was like our own personal cheerleader. She kept us informed through every step, gave us tips to help keep things going smoothly and would be encouraging when we had concerns. As cliched as this may sound, she really did make all the difference here. I was dumbfounded at how easily this whole process went and am so glad we decided to work with her.TL;DR-- 1) helpful without being pushy, 2) organized and thorough, 3) relaxed and upbeat while also very professional, 4) timely and trustworthy, 5) knowledgeable and proactive, and 6) positive and encouraging. If youre looking for a well rounded realtor who will work hard for you, that you can trust and feel comfortable with, I very highly recommend Chelsie Synatschk.

They say one of the most stressful experiences in one’s life is buying a house. Compound that stress by adding “first-time home-buyer” and “cheating spouse” to the mix: not the best frame of mind to be house shopping.While I’d known Chelsie for several years before I hired her as my agent, I had never seen her so dedicated and committed to a cause as getting me through this process. She and Anna, my lender, held my hand and guided me almost seamlessly through the whole ordeal. They were patient, kind, discreet (cheating hubby didn’t know until a few days before my closing – proud woman moment, for sure!). Chelsie was as excited as I was when I found a house I liked, stern with me when I found a house I liked that was wrong for me, let me cry on her shoulder when I was overwhelmed, remained unyieldingly optimistic each time I bid on a house, and was just as crushed as I was when I was outbid by other sellers. After I finally chose the right house, she worked even harder to make sure the price I paid was fair and left no stone unturned to make sure there were no hidden obstacles. The inspector said to me, “Ive never seen an agent work so hard for her client”. I couldn’t agree more. And everyday that I walk into the home that is slowly being transformed into my own personal sanctuary, I say a little prayer of thanks to have such an amazing human being in my life and on my team.While I don’t want to do this again anytime soon, I’ve no doubt that when I do, my first phone call will be to Chelsie.
