We were referred to Christi and Fabian through a friend of ours when we were moving back to Dallas from Phoenix in 2020. Searching for a home from another state is challenging anyway, but this was during COVID, so it was even more challenging. Christi spearheaded the search, going to each home that we selected to give us her honest feedback on the home and the area. Once we selected the home, she gave us a virtual tour via Facetime, since we could not tour the home ourselves. Once we arrived, she met us near the house so we could follow her. We were met with flowers to Topo Chico, which was a very nice, thoughtful gesture.We were renting until we determined a more permanent landing spot. 1 year into the lease, the owner decided to sell, and Christi helped us find another location for rent that was close by and worked perfectly with our timing.3 years later, we decided to relocate to the Austin area. This time we wanted to purchase a home. Christi set up several collections for us to review. We narrowed it down to 8 or 9 properties that we wanted to tour. She arranged appointments with all of them and made the trip down with us to view. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through the pros and cons.Once we decided on a house, she made the trip down again for the closing to ensure a smooth process.In each case, Christi demonstrated genuine care and support and professionalism. She was very dependable, a great communicator and provided a personalized approach.We highly recommend the Feustel Groups services when searching or listing a home. Wow. These 2 are the powerhouse couple of the Dallas Real Estate market. In the unwarranted effects of Covid, they have really done their research on what lies ahead for our housing market stability. If you want someone who responds as quickly as a call to 9.1.1. call Christi and Fabian. You will be amazed at the ways they can guide you to find your dream home.

Sometimes, people would say a good real estate agent helps people find their dream home. Christi & Fabian are different; they create a feeling of home for their clients. When I walk into my house, I feel that it is not just an actual space for me to live in. It also embraces a feeling of ease and security.I appreciate Christi and Fabian and their professionalism and enthusiasm. I told Christi that if I wanted to buy another house in the future, I will still choose to work with you and Fabian. Buying my first house was not easy. Life is not always in the plan; many times, it is out of plan. I was glad that Christi & Fabian always be there with me. They always put their clients’ rights at first. They care about their clients. They did always listen to my concerns through the whole buying process. It was a pleasure to work with them last year. I am absolutely happy with my new home! My wife and I just purchased our first home and that wouldn’t have been possible without Christi.The Dallas real estate market is really tough for buyers right now but Christi guided us through every step of the process and helped us make some great decisions when it came to making offers and how we went about that.She was always punctual and willing to meet whenever we needed to. As soon as we found a property we were interested in, she jumped in immediately for us to view it. Christi did everything we needed her to and she did it really quickly, which was absolutely crucial in this current market.We can’t recommend Christi highly enough. She was so great and helped get us into a wonderful home. It was a blessing to have her at our side when we made the biggest purchase of our lives!
