I inherited a house from my sister after she passed away. There was no way that I could afford to keep it at the time especially with all the needed repairs that would have to be completed before I could even rent it out. I had already been contacted by multiple entities offering pennies on the dollar for the house and property. A friend of mine suggested that I give Elizabeth at EVERSAN COOPER a call, and told me they where honest and fair in there business dealings. I called Elizabeth and she met me at the property and explained the entire process to me. I met her team there at a different date for a full inspection of the house and property. Her team was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I still had 40 or 50 large lawn trash bags full of stuff that I had cleaned out of the house sitting in the garage, I asked if I could pay them to remove it. They said we will have a dumpster here so we can dispose of it with everything else. There will be no charge for that, we are happy to help. I had a minimum number in mind that I would let the house go for. I had already completed for my own investigation for information on market value, repair costs, etc... When Elizabeth contacted me with an offer I was amazed at the generosity. It was well above anything that I had expected. I would highly recommend EVERSAN COOPER and Elizabeth. Absolutely love all things EverSanCooper. Elizabeth has an amazing eye for design and has done brilliant work for me, both in personal home design and for my real estate clients. She has helped me with refresh and redesign of listings and she has made excellent suggestions to sellers. She helped me in my personal home redesign a bathroom and helped me choose color scheme and tile that are amazing. EverSanCooper has also purchased homes from some of my clients that had a more distressed property and they were able to come in with cash and close quickly and smoothly and take the burden off of my sellers. We love EverSan Cooper-they can help in SO many ways!

As a Realtor, I represent more sellers than I do buyers, and each seller has a different situation. More times than not, it makes sense for a seller to list their property on the MLS for maximum exposure. But there are scenarios where a Seller just doesnt have the time, physical ability, or financial resources to get their home ready for the market like they should. When this happens, I do not like to call generic house flipper investors. My first call is to Elizabeth at EverSan Cooper to get her over to the property to show. The seller does not have to do ANYTHING in preparation of EverSan Cooper coming over. There is nothing that could surprise EverSan Cooper because theyve dealt with it all. I know EverSan will give my seller as fair an offer as they can to not only allow my seller to move on from the home clear and free of any liens or liabilities, and not have to touch anything other than the clothes they want to take with them. No repairs, no hidden fees, and in fact, EverSan Cooper has worked with our Sellers to help pay for nearly all of the standard Seller fees on a traditional sale. Completely as-is and closed as quickly as a transaction can close. Behind it all, Elizabeth with EverSan Cooper has a genuine heart for people that shows from beginning to end. In fact, Elizabeth will sometimes have the previous homeowner come back to see the beautiful work and renovations she has made to the home, which is always a fun surprise for everyone. We really enjoy the home we are renting and find the renovations up to date! The location is also great. They are always very responsive and quick to fix anything needing repairs in the home. They are extremely cooprerative and informative as well in regards to weather related warnings (storms, freezing temps, etc). I highly recommend renting any property from them.
