I am owner of Fresh Castle home cleaning service. I was given a call by a very nice representative named Maddy to give a estimate on a property that they are currently managing. Property needed extensive deep clean detail and I presented info of services and pricing through email. I asked to speak with management to discuss services concerning charges due to condition. This is not about whether they use my business or not, but instead about the attitude and treatment of other people and possible vendors to use for their business. Management was extremely rude and mentioned how I was a waste of their time after I did a visit to the property. I only provide services in best interest of my clients. I discussed his investment would have a best return on detailing property, if was being sold in as is condition as I was given impression based on info given to me. I understand if the property was already sold as is, Then service needs to be adjusted to accommodate price. But if not, should respectfully discuss options with other businesses in a professional manner. As I previously stated, Its not whether they use my business, but treating people with a certain level of respect.
