    Susan Melnick did an excellent job selling my Aunts house. She got the house listed at a top market value, then moved in a very, good professional team that handled everything from all the paperwork, the initial clean-up, a complete Estate sale and the final closing. Maybe, its because the team was handling things so well, but the closing seemed to come along before the project had even began. An excellent turn-key job.
