I promise you will not regret your decision.Pricing: I feel like we received an honest and more than fair price for our inherited house. I loved that Steve broke down exactly what needed to be repaired/replaced and why.Convenience: NO SHOWINGS. Can we talk about how great that is within itself? Steve and his contractor walked through our house, took some pictures and that was IT.Timing: Steve walked us through every step and got everything knocked out faster than I ever believed was possible! I was reluctant to work with an investor to sell my home. I had many inquires, I decided to work with Steve at Elvis Buy Houses. He offered me a fair price and every step was handled with the utmost professionalism and closed in a timely manner. He handled all issues with my tenant and was sensitive to her need in vacating the home.Simplified Title, handled the closing process with ease. I contacted Steve when I was exploring options for the sale of my house after my husband died. Although I was not necessarily his target client, he made the drive to central Arlington, and spent a long time with me, going over the house, talking about what kind of repairs might need to be done to prepare for sale, and what the earning potential of the house would be under various scenarios. He was generous with his time, and he is genuinely interested in a variety of topics, so we had an enjoyable visit. My instincts tell me he is honest and sincere. I may not have need of his services at the moment, but should I need what he has to offer, based on my experience I will not hesitate to do business with him.

Josh was super friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions after reading other peoples horror stories about selling their house. We had another company come out as well to give us a bid and the level of unprofessionalism was profound. Elvis buys houses became a clear choice when they were put up against two other companies that were interested in buying our house. EBH gave us more money than we expected, put all my concerns in writing, and let me stay in the house after closing so we could get our new house move in ready. The process was easy, 30 minutes of paperwork at the title company and we were all done! I highly recommend Elvis Buys Houses. We wanted to sell our house with out going to usual route of putting it on the market. I reached out to Steve and with in a few days he met with us. We signed the contract that night. It was so easy. He was very willing to give us extra time to close so that we could find our new house. We have found it but will possibly need to do a leaseback between closing on our current house and the new one and he is willing to work with us on it also. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to forgo having to deal with having your house on the market and going thru showings or just want to sell it quickly, to reach out to Steve.

Ok, I just have to come on here to say how actually surprised I am by genuinely experiencing some good service in the Real Estate Investment business for a change. I help people relocate, and my clients pipes broke and they needed to get out of their home ASAP! No water, could not take showers, and no money to waste on hotels. This company came in and literally saved the day for them, and signed a contract the SAME DAY and closed in about two weeks or less. Everything was seamless and my clients were ...ECSTATIC! Being a local business they really have ethics and value the needs of the family. Cannot say enough! Go with good guy like Elvis, you will NOT be sorry at the end of the day!
