Ellen and her team are the GOAT ❤️! We met Ellen 10 years ago when we relocated to Frisco. She helped us navigate and find the perfect home for us. This is our third time trusting Ellens team and even with buying a new home she was there every step of the way. If you want the right lot, elevation, and questions to ask the Sales person then Ellen is your go to person. She was able to ask all the tough questions and smoothly navigated every aspect of the Sales, Design, Builder, and Closing. We feel blessed to have found the best realtor in Texas. We are extremely happy in our new home!

Ellen Gomez was recommended to us by a friend of a friend. She was recommended on the basis of her integrity and my husband and I found that to be true. We contacted Ellen and she adjusted her schedule to meet with us when we were in town. She is very pleasant to work with. It did not take long for us to realize that Ellen was a godsend. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and she has connections and history with many builders. She took us around to many different types of communities so that we were able to better understand our preferences and priorities. On communities we visited, her assistant, Susan would send us additional information about activities and trails in the surrounding area. Ellen was patient as we revisited properties that interested us. She was proactive in outlining for us the steps necessary in order to buy and settle on our property. We had some peculiar situations that arose on our part and she made calls, attended meetings and developed strategies to advocate and negotiate on our behalf successfully. We always felt confident that Ellen was working with our best interests in mind. We are very happy that Ellen served as our realtor and now consider her a friend. We highly recommend Ellen.

This acknowledgement is long overdue but I must share my gratitude and great appreciation to Ellen for her efforts, support and excellent service provided to my wife and I during our recent relocation from Plano, TX to New Milford CT.I have known Ellen for a very long time and when the time came for me and my wife to sell our home in Plano and move back to Connecticut, we choose Ellen to be our realtor, and it turned out to be one of the best decision we made during this time.As we were preparing (decluttering) our home to list it, we were away visiting family when I received a call from Ellen informing me that there was a cold freeze in Texas and one of the pipes in the wall between my dining room and garage had burst, and many personal items in my dining room and garage were damaged by the water.A few minutes after my initial shock and panic, she told me not to change my travel plans as she will find someone to assess the damage, begin the clean-up and required repairs. My wife and I returned home a few days later, and to our surprise, Ellen did more than she had promised, and much, much more than we could have imagined.I have moved eight times and worked with many good realtors / agents, but I must say I do not believe any of those realtors would have done the things Ellen did for us during this time.Also, I must mentioned that repairs were completed within a few days and our home was listed a few days later that planned. However, we received 5 offers within the first 5 days (one being a cash offer and above list price). Ellen isn’t just your realtor, she’s your friend! She makes you feel heard and your priorities are her priorities! She has the patience of a saint and is a great listener especially since my husband and I had totally different priorities but Ellen worked hard to ensure we both got what were important to each of us. She also is a super problem solver! All through the buying and selling process she helped us solve a multitude of issues with many options. She has several contacts for everything! Even at the last minute, when I was in a panic, Ellen saved the day with 3-4 options and then came herself to help! If you need a realtor who really listens and works for YOU, Ellen should be your pick!
