We worked and knew Elham for more than 2 years. One word to say our experience was pleasant and nice, she took time to understand us in the first few meetings and also spent countless hours listening to our needs. Our journey of finding a house started during the peak season of the sellers market where there was bidding war during 2021, she helped us to navigate with patience and also guided us to make our decision without pressure. She helped us to look at multiple options whether it was a new house, resale, build your own before settling on one which worked out for us. She facilitated a lot of conversations and also worked with builders to get us not just the information but also to follow-up and get updates.
