    We have worked with Nedra a few times now. She does a fantastic job staging our properties!!! Homes go under contract really quickly when they get staged.She always has really good ideas and gives us input on what we should use each room.She is always checking in with us to make sure on staging and de-staging dates.You wont regret on hiring her!!!

    Being a designer myself, I am fully capable of staging a home, however, that is not my forte. So I took my own advice and opted to call in a professional for a second opinion.     Can I please give 10 stars?!!!! I cannot say enough good about Nedra. As a realtor for many decades I know the value of staging. My clients had a very, very large home in Terrell, TX and I did not have enough of my own staging to complete it. It was very seredipitious that the week before the listing I happen to be sitting next a gentleman on an airplane who did professional staging in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. He was a sales person for sure and when I requested a quote, it was more pricey than my clients wanted to pay. I did a quick Google search and Nedras reviews and her energy were like a laser coming across the internet to say Choose Nedra. From the moment of the estimate, text and speaking she was nothing less than professional, kind, understanding, helpful, communicative and soooo very attentive. I chose Nedra and Effortless Charm Staging and I am so, so, so happy I listened to my intuition. I would never use anyone else for staging a home. Her team came when they said they would, completed it even as it was raining and stayed in touch the entire time. There was never a moment I felt that I was left alone in this process. As real estate transactions go this was a headache from start to finish EXCEPT the shining light that is Nedra. To top it off I had an appraiser visit the property after Nedra de-staging and said the key was missing from the lockbox. It was not and Nedra drove back to the property to verify that.     Ten stars!! Nedra, at Effortless Charm Staging, is a gracious, knowledgeable, and professional stager, qualified to help home sellers make the most out of the biggest investment of their lives! It’s hard to know where to spend your home improvement dollars, but I took a chance and invested in Nedra to consult on the near-future staging of our Carrollton home, and it was absolutely one of my most profitable investments so far; I now have a clear path forward on what I need to do (and not do) as well as great notes, paint colors, example images, and some super handy guides to reference when we get closer to listing the house.     Nedra was very professional. We used her staging consultation services for an upcoming listing where the sellers planned to occupy the listing while it was being marketed. We needed to stage the home with their current furniture. Nedra was very creative in her approach and came up with ideas we would have never thought about. She helped the seller decide what pieces stayed and which were to be placed in storage. She gave suggestions on how to rearrange what was left - including art and smaller accessories. It made all the difference! We will definitely use Nedra again.

    Nedra helped us with staging our clients home. Admittedly, we know that the property will be a challenge to stage so that it will show its full potential. However, Nedra was able to work with the sellers and transform that home into a property that showed really well! We find Nedra to be very timely and professional. She knows her stuff!
