    Erika is the absolute best! She doesnt flinch at a change of plans and works in her clients best interest every time. Shes on top of the details and makes both the buying and selling processes easy for her clients. We had to pivot from trying to sell our home in a hard market to buying a 2nd home instead.     Erika is the best in the game!!! We purchased a new build home and Erika was there for us every step of the way. Even when we were busy and we needed help hunting she would drive out on her own to go check out the place get all the information and then have us come out and see it. Through the contract process she was not afraid to negotiate, ask question and ensure the builder followed through as can be a big issue. During the build process Erika could be the GC as she knows everything about the build process to the point that she knew exactly what we wanted and didnt even have to ask us. You cant do better than Erika as for her its not just about selling, but she really invests herself into finding you the perfect home. She constantly follows up even years out making sure were doing well and the house is still to our liking. I cant wait to purchase our next home with her help!

    Erika made the selling process easy with no hassle at all. It was the white glove treatment, she handled everything. She scheduled everything, got all the finances in order and I felt I barely had to lift a finger. She organized, prepared, and responsive. I never felt like I was out of the loop, I always felt informed, and was kept up to date on the rapidly moving Austin market with real time comps. I would recommend using Erika for any part of the process because she makes the already stressful situation of selling a house/moving in/out etc a breeze.
