Savannah was knowledgeable and helpful even when she was busy. Running a team is not easy but she made it look that way. She stepped in when we had questions or when her partner, our realtor Rusty, was with other clients. Rusty was helpful and patient through our 6 month process of searching for a home. We were priced out of most of the markets in the towns and cities we wanted but he remained dedicated in helping us find the right home in an area we would love. He met us at any distance we requested and taught us a lot about the purchasing process and what to look for as well as homeownership. During the time of our house search, Savannah brought on another team member, Joe, who went above and beyond to give us support when we needed it. He even drove an hour out of his way to check on the house we were purchasing the morning of the signing to check if any damage had happened from the storm the previous night! All three were friendly and attentive. The knowledge and advice we gained from this team has already paid off and we are grateful! Savannah’s gift basket was personalized and sweet. So thankful they helped us find our first home even in this difficult market!

She continually communicated changes to the market and kept us up to date and educated on what our options were. She was very aware of the market and what needed to be done to get our house sold.
