Pretty sure we wouldn’t have sold our house if it weren’t for Dorie. Not that we couldn’t have sold it but we weren’t really looking to sell. Even though we were a long shot Dorie spent the time that I’m sure she does with all clients. Her professionalism is unparalleled and I doubt you can find anyone else with knowledge of Canyon Creek like her. She provided several very good comps and a detailed analysis of the market and how it had been trending. She had real numbers on paper, which really resonates with my engineer mindset.To top it all off, we were very uncertain with when we would go on the market due to renovations we were already making to the house. This didn’t deter Dorie at all and even though it was several months she regularly kept in touch with us to check in on the progress and keep us apprised of the state of the market. She was never pushy or impatient; she felt like a true partner in the process.If you are buying or selling a home in northwest Austin, Dorie should be your only call.

We were so lucky that Dorie was our talented & active partner in selling our old home as well as in buying our new one. while we learned so much from her tenure in the business, she also listened & adjusted deftly following many discussions in the very unique & personal processes. bottom line: our home sold in practically hours not days (or more), & even a complicated purchase (not on market, lease back, 3rd party handling logistics for the seller, etc.) all proved effortless for her. with not only a keen eye for quintessential client service & delivery, but also an alertness for the senses of urgency & immediacy in communications, Dorie highlighted to us the profound need for her role along the way. all delivered with good humor, shrewd investigation & classic grace, we were grateful for her nature as well as her knowledge. thank you Dorie - as we said at our 2nd closing, despite not planning to need to any time soon, weve never hoped to work with someone again so heartily.
