I have been using DPT for a few years, they have done a good job keeping my value lower. They recently changed their fee structure because there is a cap on how much your property can go up and with the crazy valuations there have been. the fee structure is straight forward and I think fare based on the amount of work they have done. I hope they keep my value lower each year.They could improve communications a bit to ensure if we have changes we remember to send them those things before the time to protest.

I have used DPT for years....I only give them a four because I have experienced the hardship of trying to communicate with them in the past and it was hit or miss. HOWEVER, the last couple of years, DPT has protested our taxes and has communicated well. I noticed on some of the other posts that a new office manager was hired. Well I guess the new office manager is working out because the service has improved! Keep up the good work new office manager.

I read some of these other reviews and have no idea what theyre talking about. I have worked with Discount Property Taxes for years and they have always done right by me filing my protests in a timely manner and making sure that my taxes were in line with everybody else around me. If I did not have them I would have been paying thousands of dollars extra in property taxes every year. They are a company that I simply could not do without and I highly recommend them to everyone if you want to save money on your property taxes every year.
