Diana has been absolutely fun, professional, and phenomenal to work with. Through her contacts, introduced me to a realtor in my local area of ft hood to sell my house from all city realty. Crystal and Fallon were amazing and fought in my interest. I am still working with Diana as I will be moving to El paso here shortly and she has always made herself available for questions and insight. I highly recommend their services whether youre a first time buyer/seller or prior one. They treat you with respect and comfortability as if you are family. I found Diana and reached out to her seeing that she was very familiar with working with and around military. She was very professional and always stayed in contact with me. Everything was very prompt and any questions that me or my husband had she was very informative and explained everything in a way we could understand. Even if we asked the same question over again she was willing to explain as much as we needed. While me and my family were in the process of pcsing, Diana was able to show us different houses before we were able to view them in person. Overall, I highly recommend Diana as a realtor. She is very much honest and never steered us in the wrong direction. We were first time home buyers and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

What can I say but this was my 3rd house I have bought and I had nightmares from those experiences.From day one Diana Wilson was there listening to what I wanted in a home. At the same time Diana was very honest with me about my demands pending the housing mark at the time. Diana on a daily bases would send me emails on houses on the market and would schedule walk thoughs around my work schedule.When we finally found the one she was on top of everything making sure everything was taken care of. As a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect and had no idea what the buying process was. After working with my first ever realtor, I was left broken hearted and decided to give up on my homeownership dream after being told my expectations were not realistic, had to drop things from my wishlist, and had to look for homes 10k less than my budget as I had to offer a minimum of 10k over asking price “In today’s market.“ I did a simple social media search on EPTX realtor and came across Diana Wilson. Diana showed me that the home buying process doesn’t have to be a nightmare/stressful and that who you work with DOES matter. I wish I could give more than 5 stars on this review! My husband is in the Army and we decided to purchase a new construction home in El Paso when we found out that Fort Bliss was his next duty station. Diana went above and beyond from the very beginning to make sure our home buying experience was smooth and stress-free. We never even visited during the building process because we trusted her that much! She was always so responsive and consistent in checking out our home. Not only was she incredibly thorough and professional as our realtor, but she was also so supportive and was able to really connect with us due to her own experience with the military. Since getting to El Paso, she’s given us so much help with navigating the city and great suggestions on where to eat, volunteer, and visit. Diana is a fantastic realtor and an even better person. She is so positive and always makes you feel like you are a priority. We are so blessed that we found her! Thank you for everything Diana :)

Absolute best experience from a relator! All realtors are not equal, and I found that out quickly. Diana was the 2nd relator I chose. I knew that Diana was the right choice because she was more excited than I was to find a house! My first realtor was more hands-off and would only schedule places I was looking at online. Diana, however, took the criteria I wanted in my first home purchase and presented me with options within a few hours of our first interaction.Additionally, she worked with my schedule and had set up 3-4 houses to look at throughout the week. She also gave me the good, bad, and ugly of the crazy housing market and what I was to expect buying a resale and a new build house. My first realtor made it seem nearly impossible to buy a new build and took that option off the table. However, Diana helped me find a new constitution within three days. Diana helped me stay on top of everything while integrating and receiving equipment from Korea. She would also constantly remind the builder, lender, and myself of all the tasks. Additionally, she helped me navigate the VA loan appraisal rebuttal process when it came back under the asking price.

We absolutely could not have been happier with our buying experience, Diana could not have made the process any smoother than what she did with us being so far away! And when we didnt find a home we fell in love with before it was time to be here (we were very picky) and we were stressed out about it she did her thing and got us into a new build that was literally everything we were looking for last minute! She is absolutely AMAZING and highly recommended weather you are looking locally or having to PCS or just looking for something before moving here for whatever reason! When we PCS again we definitely wish we could take her with us as I dont think we will find another realtor quite like her! Absolutely phenomenal!

First off, I want to start with saying that I am currently deployed overseas with the Army. With that being said, Diana was nothing short of AMAZING in every way possible. From our first conversation on January 10th thru closing day 16 February, she had been perfect to say the least. She gave me the run down of the market and what to expect, I told her what I was looking for and she immediately went to work. Her knowledge of the El Paso market and home buying process was a sight to see. She consistently communicated with me, even though I was 16 hours ahead of her in time. She made me her priority every step of the way and made my first time home buying experience a breeze. As long as I’m in EP and her as well, I’ll never use it recommend another realtor. Awesome and knowledgeable realtor. Diana has been unbelievably helpful and knows the ins and outs of the ever growing El Paso real estate market. As a service spouse she knew the intricacies and difficulties involved in PCS moves. She was highly responsive to my questions and was patient with me at all times despite my scatterbrained needs.
