Yolanda and her team have given me back my FREEDOM! I originally called her to inquire about her sign services only to find out that she literally does it all! From running keys to title, to bringing a pie to my clients! She is INCREDIBLE, so is her team and theyre ready and willing to be your first call!

The owner of Diamond Runner Services trained myself and about 20 other investors last week on how to transition to virtual/remote real estate investing. During the training another investor in Oklahoma that I know personally spoke highly of Diamond Runner Services. The investor allowed me to visit a property here in Houston that Diamond Runner Services helped her with during a house renovation (flip). I am literally sitting in the living of that investment property as I type and Diamond Runner Realty Services are amazing! The For Sale sign is placed for optimal marketing, the supra key was on the door, thermostat is set and the house is looks great! Im sure I am forgetting to mention a few things. But Diamond Runner Realty Services knew that the other investor was 8 hours away and would never see the property and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that it was ready for showings. I am contacting them today to manage our crews/flips and I would recommend them 100% based on what I am seeing with my own eyes.
