I contacted Doug after my parents passed away and we had to do something with the house. It was a horrible hoarder home with a mortgage and we were at a loss. We thought our only option was to give it back to the bank but Doug with DH home solutions not only gave us a fair offer, but made the transition so easy and so fast. I highly recommend them. everything from start to finish from the moment I sent my first contact to them, was done in less than 30 days, that includes closing and signing and getting our portion of the money. thank you so much for not only making everything easy, but putting a positive spin to such a tragic life situation of losing two parents within a year from each other. You gave us a light at the end of the tunnel! -

I was looking to sell my home As Is and I found DH Home Solutions. I spoke with Doug and he did all the rest. I did not have to do anything!! I thought to myself, this is too good to be true but it was exactly how Doug said it was going to be. Agree on a price, move out and go sign at closing - yes it was that easy.I sold Doug my grandmothers old house that had been in the family for 45 years, so it had some emotional connections. I shared this with Doug, and he has been great at letting me have pictures of the changes he and his team have made. I can not wait to see the end product.If you want to sell your home quick, easy and stress free Doug and his team is the way to go! -

I needed to sell my house fast (due to health reasons) and had contacted three realtors to get the value of the house and their opinion of the condition (it needed work). I wasnt happy with the price they all agreed on and all the costs involved. I then decided to contact some investors to get their opinions and offers. The first two i thought their offers were low so i contacted DH Home solutions and spoke to Doug. He offered a much better offer and agreed to pay all costs involved. Im very pleased with my decision to go with DH. The whole process was very smooth and he let me choose the closing date and gave me plenty of time to find my new place (i had been looking for weeks) and to move my 40 years of stuff.I highly recommend Doug and his firm if you need to sell fast with no hassles and at a very fair price. Due to divorce, I needed to sell my house quickly. On a limited budget, I could not afford repairs, so decided to sell as is to an investor. Having no knowledge about this process, I googled info & read reviews. Narrowing my choices to a few, I made my first call, which sounded promising. After a walk thru, & him on his laptop for quite a while, he presented his offer. It would have not even paid off my mortgage. Then was told it was on the high end & could possibly drop some after all said & done! I then deleted any large, franchised companies off my list. Filled out request online with DH Home Solutions & Doug called me a short time later. After we discussed my house, I began to relax & have hope again this could work. Doug was upfront & explained exactly what to expect. The next day, he made an offer much closer to what I had hoped! After a walk thru, his offer stayed the same & I was signing a contract a few days later! I was able to choose a closing date that would allow me move without being rushed. We closed on sale within a short time after our initial phone call. The process went smoothly with no surprises, just as Doug had promised. After 20 years in my house I was just done. 2020 has been horrible and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with yet another shady contractor to get my house in tip top “ready to sell” shape. So I decided to try the “as is” route.Doug stuck with me through lots of stalling on my part. When I finally told him what I needed to sell at he said he thought he could get close and he absolutely did! Someone came out to take pix after the offer, a contract was emailed to me and we closed a month later at EXACTLY the sales price initially given by text message.I was pretty terrified the entire month just waiting for the “HOWEVER” moment and the chinking away at my proceeds.
